Fees and appointment duration may vary based on the type of document, number of signers, number of notarized signatures, location, and time required. Additional fees may apply if the information provided at booking differs from the services ultimately required. 

•  Travel Fee: $25

• Additional notarized signature: $15 each

• Additional signers: $15 each
   
• Additional documents: $25 – $50 each
   
• Rush / same-day service: $50 – $100
   
• Witness coordination (if requested): $25 – $50 per witness
   
• Printing/scanning: $10 – $25

To ensure accurate scheduling and pricing, clients will be asked to provide the following information at the time of booking:

• Type of document(s) to be notarized or prepared
   
• Number of documents
   
• Number of signers (each signer must be present)
   
• Number of notarized signatures required
   
• Whether documents are already prepared or will require simple document preparation
   
• Location of appointment (office, mobile, facility)
   

Providing complete and accurate information helps ensure sufficient time is reserved and allows for proper service without delays.
